Goalkeeper Angel Malagon, defenders Omar Campos and Alexis Gutierrez, and midfielders Diego Lainez, Luis Romo, Kevin Alvarez, Erick Sanchez, and Orbelin Pineda all start the game in Atlanta.
Aguirre Revamps Mexico's Starting Lineup for Honduras Clash
The only players retained from the team that started the 2-2 draw with Costa Rica last Saturday are defender Nestor Araujo and forwards Henry Martin and Alexis Vega.
Malagon, who plays for America, will make his international debut in goal, replacing Guillermo Ochoa.
Campos, who plays for UNAM, and Gutierrez, who plays for Guadalajara, will start at right and left-back, respectively, with Johan Vazquez and Gerardo Arteaga dropping out of the team.
Lainez, who plays for Betis, and Romo, who plays for Monterrey, will start in central midfield, with Edson Alvarez and Andres Guardado making way.
Alvarez, who plays for Pachuca, and Sanchez, who plays for Pachuca, will start on the wings, with Jesus Gallardo and Uriel Antuna dropping out of the team.
Pineda, who plays for AEK Athens, will start at attacking midfield, with Roberto Alvarado dropping out of the team.
Aguirre has made these changes in an effort to give some of his fringe players a chance to impress and to experiment with different formations and tactics.
Mexico are using the friendly against Honduras as preparation for the CONCACAF Nations League, which begins in June.
Mexico are in Group A of the Nations League along with Suriname, Jamaica, and Guyana.
Mexico will open their Nations League campaign against Suriname on June 11 in Torreón.
