Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root

  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon prepared Dijon-style mustard

  • ground black pepper to taste

  • 1 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Whisk soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, honey, mustard, and pepper together in a small bowl until thoroughly combined. Add oil in a steady stream, whisking constantly until incorporated into the dressing. Pour into a glass jar and chill until serving.
