1 tablespoon stone ground mustard

2 teaspoons white sugar

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and saute 2 minutes. Add cabbage and saute 5 minutes more.

Stir in vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper. Saute until cabbage is as tender as you like, about 10 minutes.
