1/2 cup hot coffee

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Directions

Place oat milk and honey in a tall, microwave-safe cup and heat until hot, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir until well combined. Froth hot oat milk mixture with an immersion blender or with a frothing wand.

Pour coffee into a cup. Using the back of a spoon pour frothed milk over coffee. Pour foam over frothed milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
