3. In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
5. Pour 1/3 of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of the brown sugar-cinnamon mixture over the batter. Repeat once more. Pour remaining batter on top. Swirl batter with a butter knife.
6. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Drizzle cake with chocolate honey glaze if desired. Enjoy!
