1. Always ensure the rubber sealing ring is securely fitted onto the X-shaped metal ring.
2. Turn the pressure valve so it points towards the “Airtight” position; the pressure limiting valve should wobble in the airtight position.
3. Install the condensation cup.
4. Add food and liquid to the pot.
5. Close the lid and turn the pressure valve to the “Sealing” position.
6. Press the “Menu” button to select the desired cooking program.
7. Press the “+” or “-” button to adjust the cooking time.
8. Press the “Start/Stop” button to start cooking.
9. When cooking is complete, the pressure cooker will beep and switch to the “Keep Warm” mode.
10. Turn the pressure valve to the “Venting” position to release the pressure.
11. Open the lid and serve.
