The Jets, who were coming off a 20-17 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, needed a win to keep their playoff hopes alive. They got it thanks to a gutsy performance from quarterback Aaron Rodgers and the rest of the offense.

Rodgers threw for 279 yards and two touchdowns, including a game-winning 25-yard strike to wide receiver Allen Lazard with just over two minutes remaining.
The Jets also got a big game from running back Breece Hall, who rushed for 116 yards on 20 carries.
The Titans took an early 7-0 lead on a 1-yard touchdown run by running back Derrick Henry, but the Jets answered back with a 10-yard touchdown pass from Rodgers to tight end Tyler Conklin.
The two teams traded field goals in the second quarter, and the Jets took a 13-10 lead into halftime.
The Titans tied the game at 13-13 on a 23-yard field goal by kicker Randy Bullock in the third quarter, but the Jets regained the lead on a 39-yard field goal by kicker Greg Zuerlein early in the fourth quarter.
The Titans had a chance to tie the game late in the fourth quarter, but Bullock missed a 47-yard field goal attempt.
The Jets then drove down the field and Rodgers hit Lazard with the game-winning touchdown pass.
The Jets improved to 7-8 with the win, while the Titans fell to 7-8.
